Job Description

  • Commercial Property Paralegal
  • Liverpool City Centre
  • £18,000- £22,000 (Depending on experience)
    • My client is a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm with Multiple offices worldwide. They are looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to provide full Paralegal support to the Property team.The team provide a range of legal services to real estate sector clients including advice in relation to landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, development and funding arrangements, joint venture arrangements, and banking and real estate finance.Key responsibilities
  • Drafting land registration applications, leases, licences and agreements for sales
  • Drafting various advices/ correspondence to clients
  • Completing SDLT forms
  • Reviewing files, deeds
  • Creating auction packs
  • Financial administration relating to the sale and purchase of properties
  • Keeping legal precedents up- to- date.
  • Generally assisting solicitors, associates and partners with their work load
  • Providing administrative support to all users of the service as required
  • Working as part of a team dealing with volume commercial clients

  • Law Degree
  • Knowledge/experience of the property sector
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and plan work appropriately so that deadlines are met
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional and positive attitude towards work
  • Experience in a law firm dealing with property matters (will consider residential conveyancing experience also)
