Job Description

Client Services Analyst, IT Graduate, Customer Services Representative, Liverpool, Partially RemoteClient Services Analyst required to work for a fast-growing and exciting Professional Services business based in Liverpool. However, due to Covid-19, this will be partially remote.This role would be ideal for an IT Graduate (Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Development) who wants to launch a career in IT. However, this role would initially be more customer services related initially but with the opportunityto explore more hardened technical roles going forward. Afterall, you would be working in the IT Department. We can look at graduates outside of technology, but you would have to have a service driven edge to your past.Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, the role will be to assist the delivery and support of Software to external customers by working on the IT Service Desk and will record and resolve support incidents when received and escalate issues to appropriateteams. Ensuring that the IT Support function is operating within defined KPIs and SLAs to ultimately protect company reputation and enhance customer relationships.There will also be some shift work involved, but it will not be too taxing. Certainly not shift work throughout the night anyway! Read on for more detailsTechnical requirements and professional skills:

  • Experience working with customer support essential
  • Workflow Co-ordination Experience Essential
  • The ability to communicate confidently in both clearly spoken and written English as well as having the ability to build a rapport with people quickly and effectively
  • Be able to problem solve quickly and take ownership comfortably
  • A professional, proactive and can do attitude with exceptional attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • A high level of personal commitment to task completion, with the ability to prioritise
  • The ability to deliver excellent results and constantly improve our customers experience and aid in our continued growth
  • Keen Interest in IT Systems Support desired
  • Values diversity of colleagues and demonstrates capability to work alone and as part of a team
  • A good team player that capitalises on opportunities for sharing knowledge and encourages others to be responsible for cooperation and open communication
  • Demonstrate confidence in dealing with external customers.
  • Availability to cover multiple early and late shift throughout the week as per the needs of the business
