A PIB Group apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn.The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Handling Apprentice to join our Financial Lines Claims team based in Liverpool. This role is very customer focussed, requiring you to provide an excellent claims service to our clients. You will develop claimshandling experience within all classes of financial lines claims will allow you to develop professional and efficient management of all claims from cradle to grave.This role would suit a person who is a natural multi-tasker with a keen interest in claims handling. You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do, utilising know your customer (KYC) and treating customers fairly (TCF) methodologies, handlingclaims in line with compliance, FCA regulations and business policies & procedures.As the business goes through a period of growth, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in other exciting projects.About UsSince our formation in 2015, weve been on a mission to create a leading position in the provision of specialist insurance solutions across the UK market and beyond.
