Job Description

Red Recruitment is recruiting Claims Advisors to join one of the fastest-growing specialist insurance providers in the UK. This role will require an individual with excellent administration and processing skills as well as being passionate about deliveringoutstanding customer service. This position, located in Liverpool, is £22,050 per annum.Salary and Benefits for a Claims Advisor:

  • Salary: £22,050 per annum, the salary will continue to increase every 6 months until it is £23,625 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Liverpool
  • Defined progression paths with training and support
  • Complimentary fresh fruit with tea and coffee facilities
Key Responsibilities of a Claims Advisor:
  • Taking ownership of all inbound communication and excelling against customer service level expectations
  • Managing a portfolio of policyholders total loss claims through to settlement
  • Ensuring thorough chronological record keeping of all activity within file claim notes
  • Identifying fraud indicators
  • Maintaining effective diary management to reduce settlement time
Key Skills and Experience of a Claims Advisor:
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Strong customer service skills is essential
  • Strong ability to deal with customer complaints
  • Computer literate with excellent administration and processing skills
  • Relevant experience in a claims environment or within a similar role
