Teachright require staff with a social care or childrens support worker background to work in a children residential care home in Liverpool. The homes have fantastic support structures and offer excellent resources for all children and staff.The suitable candidate will be working with children aged 7 - 16 years and will be expected to support them in all aspects of daily life including helping with homework and accompanying to and from some appointments.You must have a calm, patient nature, be resilient and able to deal with challenging and sometimes confrontational situations.
