With independent secondary schools based across England, they provide high level, supportive and inspirational teaching to 12-16-year olds across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to ensure positive progression and readiness for the world of Further Education, Work Based Learning or Employment.Each school is registered separately with the Department for Education as an Independent School and they specialise in teaching students whom may present challenging behaviours or are not suited to mainstream education. They offer an alternative curriculum to meet the needs of each student on an individual basis and they are looking for someone that is passionate about their story and is motivated to work as a member of the leadership team to continue to guide and drive them on their successful journey.Purpose of the role:To assist the Managing Director in overseeing the operations of all alternative provision schools and CEIAG provision, driving up qualitative performance in line with statutory, inspectorate and contract requirements; strategically driving each site to meet its budgetary targets; strategically lead and drive up internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.You will be required to contribute to and support the overall aims and ethos of the company, whilst working with the team to deliver a safe and innovative learning environment with high-quality teaching, learning, and resources, whilst always demonstrating high standards of personal integrity, loyalty, discretion and professionalism.To be considered for this opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience:
