Job Description

This job is primarily a customer facing role, involving assisting customers in starting their legal claims and accurately recording all logged information on the first call. The other aspect of this role is cooperating with other departments to ensure allclaims go smoothly and customers are satisfied with the service provided.This role is permanent and full-time.Client DetailsOur client is a prestigious legal firm looking to expand their Liverpool office and take on new talent. Theyre aiming to add a number of fresh and eager customer service advisors to their ranks in order to meet rising business demands and provide a topquality service.DescriptionOn a day-to-day basis, Case Handlers will be taking or making a large volume of calls using a dialling programme. These are warm calls, being customers who have been referred into the business by another business entity. Scripts are provided to ensure consistent,quality calls.The other part of this role involves the recording, processing and proper communication of details important to each individuals case, and determining whether a claim would succeed in court of not.ProfileSuccessful candidates will display a number of qualities and aim to bring a great personality to the business. Teamwork is really important to carry out this role effectively, so these qualities will be highly regarded during the interview and selectionprocesses.Those who have solid customer service OR call centre experience will be favoured, although graduates and those who have transferable skills would be welcomed warmly.Job Offer
