Job Description

An exciting opportunity to join a well-established successful property organisation in Liverpool who are currently seeking an experienced BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join their team.They are looking for a highly organised, well presented and customer focused individual to join their dynamic team of experienced professionals! A fantastic opportunity to join the business during a period of expansion with opportunity for future careerprogression.Reporting to the Head of Client Care, the successful person will provide a comprehensive and professional service to all of the company’s investors and landlords, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention.Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Establishing a positive rapport with all Investors and Landlords.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the products and services provided.
  • Handling any Investor or Landlord concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Contacting Investors and Landlords throughout their journey with us from initial introductions and data collection through to providing regular updates about payments, services and general courtesy calls
  • Conducting regular customer satisfaction surveys and campaigns to understand what areas of the companys services need improvement.
  • Conducting sales/new business calls and campaigns to prospective landlords.
  • Explaining the terms and conditions of the Lettings Agreement with new landlords.
  • Processing Investor and Landlord information and recording on the company’s client management software and other associated databases.
  • Chasing Investors and Landlords for any outstanding information that may be required.
  • Ensuring Investor documentation is correct and matches detail provided by third parties.
  • Ensuring all New Development databases are kept up to date and always correct.
  • To meet or exceed service standard and KPI’s
  • Conducting Market Research to ensure best prices are achieved for clients.
  • Participate in learning and development activities that promote personal effectiveness and improving performance.
The ideal candidate will have previous property management and client care experience. You must have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and relationship management. This is a fast-paced role and you must be able to deal with high pressuresituations in a professional manner as no two days will be the same!Our client is offering a basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000.Other benefits include:
