Business development executive * Working from Home * Basic salary: Realistic OTE £36-42k(basic (£25k - £30 Depending on level of experience) + commission* Full time Immediate start available* Permanent ContractMy client is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join the team and help spread the word about the company. The team is an enthusiastic bunch who help businesses explore our unique andgame-changing platform. The product speaks for itself but we need positive people,people to ensure others out there are listening.You will support the team by warming up leads, contacting customers-to-be toexplain how the business can change their lives and working closely with the rest ofthe team to convert leads into loyal customers.In order to succeed, youll need larger than life communication skills and an ability tosmile down the phone. This is the bread and butter ofthe role, what youll be responsible for and targeted on Growing our customer base and opening conversations with new customers Analysing our market database and teasing out the best leads Working cross-functionally with all teams to help create the ultimate Customer experience Keeping up to date with developments to your products and sharing customerfeedbackAbout you:You should apply if you: have a proven track record of pipeline generation and sales success in a hightransaction volume environment have a reassuring and charming phone manner - you can establish rapportand trust with people quickly and effectively without being face-to-face are commercially minded and love working with targets (and over-deliveringon them) are a team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude and supports theircolleagues. are a great storyteller with the ability to persuade have excellent written and verbal English dont give up easily and are resilient, flexible and adaptable use energy and enthusiasm to motivate and inspire others to achieve the goal are a people person, are a great communicator and can build effectiverelationships over the phone Have an interest in the property market and whats happening in it Have a strong work ethic, take real pride in what you do and are a self-starter Adept at juggling multiple accounts and workstreams, and happy to work in afast-paced environment Youll be passionate ambassador for the business and will be willing immerseyourself fully in our product and target markets, always placing yourself in thecustomers shoes Knowledge of the residential property industry would come in handy Experience using Hubspot would be useful.Company Background:This business started with just 4 headcount and a dream. By early 2019released a Beta site and had over 100 users in 45 countries.Mid 2019 was the start of our first media release and saw a huge ramp up to almost1000 users and headcount grew to 12 - by the end of 2019 we had over 4300 usersand 1400 companies joined our journey.By 2020 - saw continued growth - Headcount grew to 25 just before Covid hit.However Covid didnt stand in the way - revenue continued toimprove.
