A Business Change Analyst is required by a major retailer in Liverpool. Experience of e-commerce, retailer and or Omni-Channel would be beneficial. Paying up to £50,000 per annum plus a £6,000 car allowance.The Business Change Analyst will be supporting the Product Owner working in a cross-functional team you will be expected to aid the clarification of business and customer value. Working within the roadmap you will be required to create User Stories whilst definingand implementing the business process changes.As a Business Change Analyst, you will be involved in preparing full requirement docs (BRDs) for business and or investment cases.Experience of working with QA and cross-functional delivery teams to validate acceptance criteria, modifying and splitting requirements as appropriate in line with estimation and iteration timescales.Relationship management for both internal teams and third-party organisations to aid the delivery of the projects. Facilitation of appropriate workshops, supporting the teams to mitigate roadblocks.This is the role for a personable goal orientated person who relishes the chance to make things happen.
