Job Description

Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: LiverpoolSalary: CompetitivePermanent, Full TimeAn award-winning leading global law firm are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT Transformation team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be part of a large team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Testers within the PMO. This team delivers all projects across the firm and is a well-respected part of their business model.Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis - current processes / working with the business in different workstreams
  • Documentation - of current processes, new processes, agreed decisions etc
  • Testing - design of tests / execution of system testing of new and existing systems
  • Training - assistance with training materials and plans etc
    • Personal Specifics:
  • Experience of Business Analysis practices and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Project or program experience
  • Experience of process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Previous involvement in complex data migrations
  • Experience in stakeholder management in a complex stakeholder environment
  • Ability to understand and respond to user needs in a rapidly changing business environment
    • Advantageous Experience:
  • Knowledge of the legal sector
  • Upgrade projects (systems & technical infrastructure)
  • Working in an environment of a lot of system integrations
