Business Administrator - Remote or Hybird (Liverpool Based)Full-time or part timeFlexibleworking!This is an exciting opportunityfor an ambitious, and enthusiastic Business Administrator who is passionate about all things Customer Service and Administration.About:Our client is an exciting and fast-growing Subscription/SaaS software business predominantly selling to the Health and Care and HQd in the Liverpool/Northwest. They are fast emerging as the market leader in their sector. They have launched a ground-breaking,subscription-based product/service that changes the way hydration is managed for the most vulnerable in our community and are building a reputation for making great products and software that their customers love.Our client values all of their employees and offer great career opportunities working within a vibrant and totally energised team!Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To provide admin support to various departments within the company.
  • Supporting colleagues with complex queries and escalations where necessary.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and take on ad hoc tasks in the Sales Team.
  • Driven and able to meet deadlines.
  • Competent with I.T and confident using various Microsoft packages.
  • Proactive in keeping up to date with the most relevant policy and guidance.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and mailbox management skills.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with colleagues across the business.
  • Versatile approach and a can do attitude.

  • Part Time over 2/3 days or Full-time.

  • £20,000-£24,000 dependant on experience.
