Job Description

If this is relevant for you, just let your recruiter knowwhen you make your application.Your roleYou will drive strategic projects to develop the Deloitte brand in the UK, influencing and creating best practice thinking across the business. You will also be responsible for governance of the UK firms use of our global brand, working with your colleaguesin the brand team and the wider network of marketing professionals to support the business in the consistent application of our brand.Specific responsibilities include:

  • Brand strategy, engagement and governance: support the delivery of our brand strategy, driving a consistent brand position in the market
  • Client brand experience: improve our clients experience of the Deloitte brand - including office environments, online brand presence, development of new products and solutions, as well as more traditional B2B marketing activities
  • Brand Identity: lead on specific elements of brand governance; manage our visual identity, master brand, name, tools
  • Advise: consult with and advise C&I teams and the wider business on how to position our brand in marketing campaigns, product offerings, business acquisitions and third party relationships
  • Training & education: engage the C&I community, helping to ensure they all feel enabled to take ownership of the brand as ambassadors
  • Stakeholder management: develop strong and effective relationships with our internal design studio, marketing and business leaders, as well as Global Brand
  • Core brand assets and programmes: oversee the production of brand assets and materials, liaising with designers, copywriters and agencies as relevant
  • Brand guidelines: work with our Global Brand team to continuously evolve and enhance the Global Brand guidelines

  • Experience in a brand/communications role within a professional services and/or B2B environment
  • Excellent visual skills and graphic design knowledge, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to develop content, with good copywriting, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build solid relationships and gain credibility with people across all levels quickly
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence to stand firm and say no when needed, while remaining diplomatic and consensus-driven
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and programmes in a fast moving and continuously changing environment
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management experience
