Job Description

Pioneering sustainable products, the company is dedicated to leaving a mark in the global market, especially among the vibrant and dynamicyounger audience.As a Brand Manager you are not just joining a team; you are becoming a brand guardian, a crucial contributor in bringing the natural goodness of the products to the forefront of consumer minds. This role offers a dynamic career in marketing, providing hands-onexperience in brand planning, new product development, and commercial strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio team to elevate the brand across PR, social media, digital, and engaging brand activities.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on the competition, staying updated on new products and market trends.
  • Drive exciting projects to innovate and renovate the company portfolio.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to maintain a fresh and exciting product roadmap.
  • Identify and seize opportunities in convenience and wholesale channels, working closely with different teams.
  • Take charge of the entire artwork process, from internal approvals to working with creative agencies.
  • Bring ideas to life through quantitative research and project management tools.
  • Support internal meetings by taking minutes and actions, ensuring effective communication of key initiatives.
  • Dive into various meetings, from CCFM to I&R, contributing valuable insights.
  • Engage with consumer complaints, transforming feedback into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate on a global scale, managing requests and queries from other markets.
  • Support the team by creating and tracking Purchase Orders, ensuring smooth collaboration with suppliers.
