Job Description

BI Analyst - £40,000 - Liverpool (Hybrid)My client is a market-leading, forward thinking global company looking to expand its business intelligence team.This role will be based from my clients Liverpool office on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities:

  • Executing data manipulation and transformation tasks in Azure, Snowflake, or other designated data warehouses.
  • Creating and enhancing data solutions.
  • Managing dataset access and implementing controls for governance.
  • Crafting, testing, and refining processes.
  • Documenting structural modifications made in Azure/Snowflake environments.
  • Developing and managing data processes, new applications, and features.
  • Establishing and upholding database objects.
  • Utilise DAX and SQL code within Power BI.
  • Skilled in using SQL and Power BI to design and implement performance tracking.
  • Constructing and managing Power BI data models based on cross-team requirements.
  • Working alongside key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience in using relational databases, particularly SQL.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Power BI for business intelligence tasks.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and lookup functions.
  • Proven track record in managing large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Capable of presenting complex business intelligence insights to various organizational levels.
  • Quick to grasp and adhere to intricate systems and procedures.
  • Effective under pressure, with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
