Job Description

Bench Hand JoinersMDR Interiors have an exciting position available for a full-time time served Bench Hand Joiners based in South Liverpool with a minimum 3 years experience . The successful candidate will earn a negotiablehourlyrate.Role Requirements

Role Responsibilities
  • To have a good understanding and ability of hand tools, handheld power tools and general machine shop joinery machinery
  • Operating wood working machinery include panels saws, planer, spindle moulder, edge bander, drill press, and smaller machines/power tools.You will be able to carry out assembly and finishing work to various types of shopfittings.You will be able to read plans/drawings and do accurate take offs.
  • To have a constant awareness of Quality control and maintain quality and tolerance standards for each job.
  • To understand and follow the written and verbal instructions as issued.
  • To carry out competently and safely the tasks as required in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To operate any hand machines and equipment as required.
  • To ensure Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to without complaint.
  • To ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy.
  • To work overtime when required.
