Our Assistant Managers have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds and you will partner with your GeneralManager to run the restaurant like your own but develop your own skills ready to take your own restaurant when you’re ready!You will not only be joining the KFC Team but the Soul Foods family. • The Colonel’s Family is our other’ secret! We like to think of our people as the 12th ingredient of our famous recipe and as an Assistant Manager you will help your team be their best selves through running efficient shifts, completingon the job training every day and you’ll make a difference by coaching and supporting their personal growth.
• Every Guest Leaves Happy is about ensuring we treat every guest like a friend in our home. You will care about making sure we serve tasty hot delicious food fast with friendly service. You will also make sure all the team are covering thecleaning schedules for the day to really sell the experience to our customers.
• Show me the.. Chicken Sales! is help your General Manager plan for every opportunity to make every occasion a potential fried chicken occasion. You will also be planning ahead and have your finger on the pulse about local competition andevents happening in the community.
• Mo’Money No problem if you have ever wondered how a business works then the experience doesn’t get better than this! You’ll roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the daily, weekly and month business reports along side your General Managerincluding ensuring we always have product availability but minimising waste.

What do you need

• Experience of leading a team on shift in an operational, fast-paced environment and willing to step up in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager
• Passionate about providing excellent quality of food, service, cleanliness, and speed standards.
• Good oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with exceptional team building capability.
• Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
