Are you looking for a new property management position to sink your teeth intoThere’s plenty here to keep you occupied, from Health & Safety and facilities management through to managing effective relationships with contractors, clients and tenants.As Assistant Building Manager for a flourishing commercial property management company, you’ll keep things ticking along on-site at 400,000 sq ft multi-let offices in Liverpool, all the while ensuring brilliant service delivery for all occupiers.Location: LiverpoolSalary: up to £30,000 depending on experience + benefits including Pension, Medical, Life insurance, 25 days’ holiday and more!Hours: 37.5 hours a weekIn this role, you will be a first point of call for clients, responding to service requirements and logging all maintenance queries via the database.
