Job Description

We are welcoming applications for an Apprenticeship Enrolment CoordinatorThe City of Liverpool College is the only general FE college in the city and the largest FE college in Liverpool City Region.It offers the widest, most diverse vocational curriculum in the region and ranges from entry up to degree and post-graduate levels and currently serves more than a third of all the 16-18 year olds in Liverpool and educates almost 12,000 learners each year,with all courses being delivered to the highest standard of learning. The support staff at the college play a vital part in ensuring that these courses are delivered to the standard of excellence we hold ourselves to, whether through supporting the students directly in their learning, or indirectly through business support rolesthat keep the day to functions of the college running smoothly.We are looking for high quality applicant for the following role:Apprenticeship Enrolment CoordinatorFull TimePermanent£25,640 - £27,788The RoleResponsible for coordinating the enrolment process for all apprentices studying at the College, we are looking for an Enrolment Coordinator to join our growing and ambitious Apprenticeship Team. You will be the main point of contact for apprenticeship enrolmentfor internal staff including curriculum colleagues, skills coaches and MIS support teams. We are looking for a confident, results-driven coordinator who will bring experience and enthusiasm to a growing team. You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced office,be motivated to exceed your targets and want to be part of the departments’ continuing success story.You will co-ordinate the enrolment and sign up process for employers and apprentices from initial assessment through to onboarding, working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure apprentices are enrolled in a timely manner. This includes ensuringthat apprentices are suitably qualified for the course they are registering for, that all apprenticeship funding is secured via the Digital Apprenticeship Service prior to the apprentice’s start.This role is suitable for someone who is well organised, process driven and can communicate easily with colleagues, apprentices, and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have administration experience and ideally you will have experience of apprenticeshipsand enrolment systems.This post will cover a wide variety of delivery areas and is crucial to the continuing success of the college’s apprenticeship cohort.
