Job Description

AdministratorLiverpool - Full-TimePermanent£21,000-£23,000We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a fast-paced office environment. You will be supporting the business, giving high quality administrative service. You will be working for one of the largest rehabilitation and injury management companies in the UK. They deliver an independent rehabilitation service and are a provider of impartial absence, injury and risk management.Your main Duties!

  • Opening post and general administration duties
  • Ordering stationery and office equipment
  • Courier request
  • Hotel bookings
  • Liaising with third parties over the phone and in person
  • Organise and scheduling meetings
  • Liaising with all different treatment teams
  • To be a point of contact for insurers, employers, solicitors and treatment providers, providing relevant advice and assistance.
  • To ensure all DPA requests are carried out with a high level of attention to detail and completed within the timeframe given.
  • Process referrals, reports, data and invoices
What we need from you!
  • 1 years minimum administration experience
  • Experience in dealing with complaints
  • Experience with SAR management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Time management and attention to detail
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build a rapport with people
  • Experience with Microsoft office and other office systems
