My client based in Speke is looking to recruit an Office Assistant on a permanent full time basis, with a starting salary of up to £25,000. The role is a Monday - Friday based role and is offered on a 40 hour working week. The hours of work are 8:30 - 17:00,and there is parking available onsite and a generous holiday allocation. The main duties of the role include- - Processing online, email and phone sales- Performing basic customer service functions such as responding to customer inquiries- Monitoring live orders through to delivery as per customer requirements - including liaising with UK/ Export haulage companies- Compiling and updating sales reports- Becoming knowledgeable in company products- Updating databases and customer records- Preparing dispatch documentation such as packing lists- Communicate customer feedback- Supporting field sales team- Liaising with suppliersTo be considered for the role you will need to be computer literate and should have strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
