Programme Manager£27,000 - £31,000This is a project-based administrator position with hybrid working - 2 days a week in Liverpool Office.Our client is a global professional membership body, and a cultural organisation, driving excellence in their field. They are looking for a programme manager to join their team based on the Liverpool waterfront.This role will manage the clients CPD programme via their digital learning platform, ensuring all products are delivered in line with agreed KPIs: budget, quality and membership needs. The role will play a significant part in the day-to-day operational managementworking with CPD Programmes and wider colleagues.It includes managing the annual CPD programme calendar, ensuring the delivery is scheduled and resourced appropriately; and management of the programme budget, evaluating income/expenditure for all CPD products, ensuring product viability, invoices are processedand regularly reporting.The role manages two members of staff, responsible for the successful delivery of the CPD programme and CPD Roadshows products, and the delivery of the Corporate in-practice CPD scheme.Management of relationships with key internal stakeholders in Membership/Digital Contact Centre to ensure member queries are answered and reviewing/analysing monthly reports and feedback to propose potential improvements and development.They are seeking a motivated individual with excellent project management skills with an awareness of digital learning delivery and a keenness to learn new ways of delivering e-learning. You will have excellent operational management skills, particularlyin finance, with good attention to detail.
