Job Description

Page Personnel are thrilled to be working with a Northwest based Property Developer to recruit for a Property Administrator on a permanent full time basis.Client DetailsOur client has residential, student accommodation, retail, office and manufacturing premises. They have over £50m of property across 30 sties. They are a successful and established company based in Liverpool.DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Property Administrator are:

  • Responsible for providing excellent service to customers and tenants
  • Manage all property-related administration and necessary compliance
  • Ensure all documents are stored on the online property management system, Qube.
  • Process tenancy check ins and outs
  • Conduct Property Inspections when required
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to organise maintenance work and manage the work schedule
  • Raise purchase orders as necessary for the payment of all contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure all legal, compliance and Health & Safety documents are saved
  • Support lettings from enquiry stage through to completion
ProfileThe successful Property Administrator will posses:
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in the Property Industry would be beneficial
  • Strong IT skills
  • Experience with data management systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
