Administration Officer£12.31 per hour PAYEFull time, Contract positionLiverpool Who will you be working for Our client, a non-ministerial government department, is on the lookout for Administration Officers to join them on a contract basis at this exciting time. The roles will be working from the clients Liverpool office, supported by appropriate CV19 safety measures, including the potential for some homeworking. The start date will be no later than September 30th, 2020 with an end date of 31st March, 2021. What you will be doing Admin Officers will join on a temporary assignment to support charities in delivering important services to the public during a time of significant change and challenge in the sector. You will provide administrative, research, correspondence and logistical support to trained caseworkers who decide charity registration applications and regulatory cases. What can you bring to the role This will be a busy and interesting role, so you must have the ability to deliver at pace and have the confidence to liaise with both customers and colleagues to help deliver quality and efficient casework decision making.Interpersonal skills are a must as you will need to be able to work well within a team environment, as well as balance pressure and show flexibility to undertake a range of tasks.Administrative experience will be an advantage, but key to the role is having strong communication skills, both oral and written (including spelling and grammar), and numeracy skills. The ability to analyse material and identify key facts against specified criteria are also needed.You will also be at least an Intermediate user of MS applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Please note that part of the selection process will include literacy and numeracy testing, and you must be eligible for baseline security clearance.Closing date for applications: Wednesday 12th August 2020Capita ARC is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
