Job Description

A client we are working with in the North Liverpool area are looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their busy finance team on an initial 6 month FTC. If you are looking for a growing company that can offer progression, flexible working(2 days per week in office), and a competitive salary, this could be a great role for you.If you have admin experience and have worked with or as part of a Credit Control/Accounts Receivable team, have used SAP in the past and are proficient on excel, make sure to apply.A major client we are working with is seeking an administrator to join their busy Accounts Receivable team on an initial 6 month contract. The company can offer the successful candidate some great benefits such as a competitive salary, hybrid working (2days per week in office, 3 from home), a great discount scheme and the chance to work in a growing business.The main duties will be delivering precise banking and an effective Receivables service by supporting the Accounts Receivable Team members in collection of invoices.Other main responsibilities include:- Download AB bank statements & attached remittances (daily) and download ABSN(daily).- AB Euro Statement & Euro cheques- Preparation of BACs payments - ready to load into SAP - AM & PM (daily).- Cheques received, list and scan (daily)- Manage the remittances mailbox (daily).- Cheques to bank/PO each Tuesday and Wednesday (weekly).- Check all payments are posted & remittances are received (daily).- Remittance diary - ensure all payments expected are received, flag with advisor if not(daily).- Periodically - Run DMS report (monthly).- Send out invoices & statements (weekly)The client is looking for an Administrator with office experience in a credit collection department alongside computer literacy, preferably with good experience of using SAP. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage own workload within setdeadlines and a strong attention to detail.
