This is a standalone and all-round position in the business.Your new role as Account ManagerPurchase Ledger - Batching/Matching/Coding/Posting invoicesSales Ledger - Invoices/CIS CreditsCredit controlMonthly journalsBank reconciliationsWeekly payrollWeekly payment scheduleTimesheets/ExpensesEPS SubmissionsCIS Submissions/Refund Supplier statement reconciliationsCIS Returns/StatementsPension submissionsProject Profit and Loss/Variance analysisAllocating receipts/paymentsVat ReturnsCash flow forecastUpdating cash bookDebit card payments/receiptsStockEnsuring that all corporate, HMRC & other mandatory deadlines are adhered toAssist with other administration duties as and when required Assist external accountant with year endThe Experience & Qualifications Required:Experience in transactional accounting and AAT QualificationExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExcellent communication skillsMicrosoft Office and SAGE 50 experienceYour Reward & The Package On Offer:£31,000 depending on experience20 days holiday + BHCompany pensionFree on-site parkingWho Are Butler RoseButler Rose specialises in the recruitment of accountancy and finance professionals, from transactional and part-qualified appointments through to Group FDs.
