The working hours will be 5.45am - 3.00pm Monday-Friday.Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as an Account Coordinator will include:

  • Ensuring all successful candidates are set up on the payroll system
  • Providing accurate and timely payroll process for workers
  • Updating candidate files and highlighting any compliance issues
  • Working alongside the Account Manager
  • Processing all worker holiday requests
  • Responding to any employment reference requests
  • Support candidate attraction activity and sourcing candidates
  • Placing adverts and building and maintaining an adequate pool of candidates
  • Organising and running assessment/test centres
  • Obtaining candidate references
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is completed prior to offering a candidate any assignment/role
  • Managing all HR process trackers escalating any issues
  • Identifying and tracking all leavers and conducting an exit interview
  • Supporting the disciplinary process with note taking at investigatory meetings, disciplinary and appeal hearings
  • Preparing and supporting new starter inductions
  • Building and maintaining effective client relationships with key contacts, line managers and workforce
