Job Description

Role: 3rd Line IT Systems EngineerLocation: LiverpoolSalary: Up to £32,000 (dependent on experience)Sector: Retail, eCommerceIm sure every job advert you read is a "great opportunity" with a "leading company".   • Small, friendly and close-knit IT team servicing a single-site company with circa 180 users
  • Organic approach to learning and development
  • Work closely alongside the IT manager to provide BAU IT support to the business
  • Get involved and hands-on with infrastructure improvement projects and gain invaluable experience by playing a key role in improving the business day-to-day operations
  • You will be providing IT support both remotely (to WFH users) and on-site
  • The company has staff working in 3 different environments - office, warehouse and call centre
  • This role is very varied and interesting - working remotely & on-site, completing projects as well as BAU support and working across all 3 environments - no 2 days will be the same!
