Role: 2nd Line Service Desk AnalystLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £30,000My client is currently searching for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to assist the team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the IT systems and network.You will be responsible for supporting infrastructure and staff with a wide variety of issues - no 2 days will be the same!
