We are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead Nurse on behalf of a stunning, state-of-the-art complex nursing service in Littleborough, Rochdale.The service has been designed to meet the needs of people aged 65 and under, with a variety of complex care needs including dementia, mental health, neurological disorders, challenging behaviours and physical disabilities.We are looking for an RGN, RMN or RNLD Clinical Lead Nurse for night shifts. The roles come with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000The standards of care provided are to a high standard, the experienced care teams are highly trained to care for thoseliving with complex needs.The multi-disciplinary team consists of the Registered Manager, Matron, Clinical Manager, Nurses, Senior Carers, and in house professionals such as physiotherapists, nutritionists, speech and language therapists and psychologists.As the Clinical Lead Nurse on nights, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing care to residents.You will have a valid NMC pin, as well as having up to date evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.An RMN or (RGN / RNLD) with complex care / mental health experience is essential for this senior role.We are looking for a Clinical Lead to work night shifts, supervising the team on nights providing support and supervisions alongside medication managementand nursing duties.For more information please APPLY and contact George Wales from The Healthcare Hub
