As the Administrator you will provide appropriate administrative support when required to ensure effective operations across a busy manufacturing site providing effective customer service in line with agreed service levels.Client DetailsThe client is a large manufacturing firm based in Rochdale offering a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Business service administrator. This role will be joining a team of 3 and reporting to the supply chain lead.DescriptionKey Responsibilities will includeMaintain Supplier and Customer records on SAP ensuring system is accurately maintained and auditable. Follow appropriate work instructions and procedures, identify any new requirements and assist with reviews and updates to existing Provide support and administration for the export function Provide support to administration to ensure AEO accreditation is maintained Liaise between customers and supply chain Administrate authorised stock adjustments Be aware of and adhere to licensed goods movements and procedures Manage order bank and input sales orders into SAP, pick sales orders on SAP and ensure transport is booked when the material is ready to be despatched. File all sales and purchasing paperwork on S drive Maintain and respond to adsorptive sales emails Issue credit notes for materials when required Input and maintain material masters in SAP Maintain work instructions for Business services Timely ordering of work wear, PPE and other consumables Maintain site holiday and sickness database records Assist with organisation of site events, activities and visitor arrangements Any other duties commensurate with the grade and within the reasonable remit of the roleProfileThe successful candidate will have/beExcellent communication skills both written & oral. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation. Strong follow up and attention to detail.
