Were recruiting for a Chester / Wirral based Motorcycle SuperBrand & we need an experienced, bright, sharp & energetic Retail focussed candidate to work in the busy & exciting Parts, Clothing & Accessories Dept.The job will also entail daily cover on their Service desk (lunches etc) & full training will be given.With quite a lot to learn, this is an usually interesting retail job. The parts, clothing & accessories is almost a stand alone Dept & the items can be technical & of high value, so we need a candidate who wants to learn the detail. In turn that will enhance the customer sales experience; driving turnover & commission.The successful candidate must be passionate about retail & have a proven sales track record within that environment. We’re also looking for a commitment to learn about the products & the Brand. Most importantly, we want to hear from applicants who want to delivering a WOW standard of customer service & in a perfect world someone with an interest in the world of motorcycles!Retail experience is essential as well as general I.T. knowledge. You must be brilliant at face to face interaction with customers, be a team player, be keen to learn and apply yourself to all aspects of this retail job. You must also be great on their Service Desk, helping motorcycle customers in an effective, professional & friendly manner. Fab role in great retail surroundings. Excellent staff retention & a happy, focussed atmosphere to work in. First rate product training will be provided + some Manufacturers courses to attend too! Basic + uncapped commission (which realistically could be pro rata £3k on top of basic).39 hour week. Tues-Friday 9-6. As with most retail jobs, the role does involve Saturday working (9-5) & Sunday (11-4) on a rota basis (one in 3). When you work a Sunday therell be a day off in lieu the following week. Shop closed Monday. Required skills
