Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Joiner to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port. Liberty offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installationsand property building and maintenance services, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for this Joiner role are:Repair/ renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/ fit soffits fascia and barge boardsRepair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, stud work and partition wallsT and G or sheet flooringRepair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panellingRepair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesRepair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windowsRepair/ renew timber and UPVC window framesDeglaze/ reglaze timber fencing and gatesMaintain and replenish vehicle impress stockWhat we are looking for in our ideal Joiner:Competent in all aspects of joinery trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments. A background of general joinery and carpentry work andbe able to work in confined spaces. A current driving licence is essential.
