Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Joiner to join our team, based in Ellesmere Port. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,500 per annum, Plus OTE,Plus Company Van, Plus Benefits.The strength of our organisation lies in the quality of the people we work with. Liberty offers professional gas installation, maintenance and servicing, as well as energy solutions, electrical installationsand property building and maintenance services, with a strong commitment to value for money services that make a positive difference to people and the communities in which we work.Responsibilities for this Joiner role are:Repair / renew of roofing trusses, soffits fascia and barge boardsCeiling and floor joists, stairs, stud work and partition wallsT and G or sheet flooringDoors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, ducting panelling and fencing and gatesDeglazing and reglazing windows & doorsRepairing timber and UPVC window framesFit ironmongery to doors and windowsRenew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishesLiaise with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches, calculations using measuring equipmentWhat we are looking for in our ideal Joiner:Competent in all aspects of joinery trade discipline and with experience of maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, including high rise blocks for general repairs and refurbishments. A background of general joinery and carpentry work andbe able to work in confined spaces. A current driving licence is essential.
