Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established Personal Injury firm based on the outskirts of Ellesmere port near Chester set in an idyllic business park.My clients firm specialises in Personal Injury, Road Traffic Accidents and Credit Hire. They are looking to hire an experienced Fee Earner - Credit Hire Litigator who can hit the ground running with a strong Credit Hire and Personal Injury background.

  • Managing 150-200 cases of a mix of RTA/Credit hire issued/ non issued matters.
  • Assessing claims
  • Ensure that the customers journey expectations and timescales are well managed.
  • Ensure that new claims and correspondence are actioned in accordance with our service level agreements.
  • Inputting and updating the Claims Management System.
  • To provide general assistance in the office and help/guidance to colleagues where appropriate.
About you:
  • You will have a passion for providing empathetic and exemplary client care.
  • Previous RTA/Credit Hire experience is essential (minimum of 2 years).
  • Experience in running cases from inception to conclusion.
  • Experience in the MOJ portal, fast track and multi-track matters.
  • Working knowledge of the CPR.
  • Knowledge and understanding of personal injury.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt so you can work at pace and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft office and ideally proclaim experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
