Service Planner, £25k, Monday to Friday, Lichfield basedAre you an organized, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills Join our dynamic team as the Service Planner at a well-established and growing company in Lichfield, Staffordshire.Working with leading provider of services with a diverse customer base, continued growth makes this an exciting opportunity to join our team.As a Service Planner, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing the work of several service engineers. Ensuring that service tasks are scheduled effectively, customer relationships are nurtured, and communication is seamless.This role demands strong organisational and administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.So as the Service Planner what will you be doing * Booking and planning service tasks* Managing service tasks from start to finish* Liaising with customers and engineers* Advance planning of scheduled service visits* Providing exceptional customer service* Handling incoming communications professionally* Reviewing previous days work and gathering engineer feedback* Producing reports and updating customer portals* Identifying opportunities for customer relationship development* Achieving KPIs and SLAs as directed* Collaborating with the team for smooth desk operations* Miscellaneous administration duties, including test certificatesAs the Service Planner we would like you to have* Good GCSE gradesExcellent communication skillsContinue* A good working knowledge of MS Office* Previous experience in working with field based teams* Good attention to detail* Experience working within an engineering environment or similar* Energy, drive, and a results-driven approach* Experience in a fast-paced market where no two days are the same and the ability to adapt accordingly to changing prioritiesSalary: £25,000 Holidays: 25 days + statsHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch breakIf youre ready to take on a challenging, rewarding role with room for growth, apply now to join our team as a Service Planner.
