GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc.Are you a Planning Manager looking for the next step in your career Do you love implementing strategic improvements through planning methodology and resourcing Ready to step into the world of E-commerceOur purpose built ASOS site in Lichfield (WS13 8SS) are looking for a Planning Manager to lead and develop the FC ability to plan and forecast performance throughout the year. This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis working Monday to Fridayfrom 08:30-17:00.Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £43,000per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.   • Support business growth and change within the ASOS contract through the provision of analytical solutions to resource and operational planning
  • Planning for site operations across despatch, returns, inbound and stock control, and manage the production of MI on a weekly basis
  • Implement change and provide an efficient and flexible response to operational and resource planning issues
  • Manage both internal and external key relationships, delivering forecasts, planning models and future requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Past planning experience in a fast-moving retail logistics operation, eCommerce would be ideal
  • Strong IT skills, particularly utilisation of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office to an advanced level
  • Manage individual workload efficiently and effectively, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Be customer focused, operationally astute and experienced in achieving objectives
