Job Description

Excellent Opportunity AvailableWarehouse Clerk - Mandarin SpeakerLichfield£25,000 - £28,000 £18,000 for a junior Adecco are working with a reputable company based in Lichfield. The Warehouse Admin ETSF will assist in the day-to-day operations of the business. This company is opening a new depot in Lichfield where you will be liaising with there overseas customers.

  • Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin
  • Ensuring customs formalities are completed
  • Receiving and booking instruments
  • Authorising release of cargo and instructing operations teams accordingly
  • Understanding compliance and the customs procedures
  • Liaising with warehouse management team to ensure appropriate resources are available based on forecast
  • Providing trailer/unit manifests and arrival details for the Warehouse to upload
  • Ensuring goods are processed and declared
  • Monitoring customs clearance and release
  • Ensuring all duties and taxes are charged and paid for in accordance with our agreed terms
  • Dealing with any warehouse queries
  • Dealing with badge codes
  • Import and export
  • Maintaining warehouse inventory of cleared and non-cleared goods
Experience required:
  • Good knowledge of Customs practices and processes & Warehouse Management
  • IT literate
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Able to work to deadlines and meet targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
