IT Support Analyst Location: Lichfield, North Birmingham Salary: Up to £23,500 Position: Permanent We are looking for an IT Analyst with at least three years experience within the tech industry. The future is looking towards cloud migration using Azure - if you are looking to gain cloud migration project experience. It will be a great start into immerse yourself into the implementing cloud technologies. The current team has senior engineers who will help to mentor you within the role, develop your skills and grow your experience. Youll be providing 1st and 2nd support to the companys IT function. Analyst technical requirements: - Knowledge of supporting Microsoft Technologies (Windows 7/10, Office 2007/2010/2016, Exchange 2010/2012, Office 365). - Experience of a wide range of Microsoft systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix VoIP, VPN and broad understanding of corporate applications. - Administrating and supporting Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and company applications - Understanding of providing desktop hardware and software support alongside supporting printers / scanners / MFDs - Experience of troubleshooting basic hardware, software, application and providing remote and mobile device support If this role sounds like a great next step in your career, apply now and we will be in touch!
