We have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in Lichfield in their growing marketing team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager for a one-year maternity leave cover.THE PERSON WHO IS GOING ON MARTERNITY WILL NOT BE LEAVING UNTIL MARCH SO A HEALTHY HANDOVER CAN BE COMPLETED.. You will be the link between their specialist Recruitment team and their regional teams.Role You will own the recruitment marketing function within the marketing team Working with a range of teams and your direct reports to drive the right quality and quantity of applications. Use an integrated marketing approach, maximising both traditional and digital channels. Be results-orientated and provide regular reports and recommendations. Work closely with the occupancy marketing function of the team to ensure messages and campaigns are aligned to the overall company purpose and objectives.Your skill set and experience Have a good knowledge of marketing methodologies, strategies and associated tools. Be data driven with a hunger for success. The role is extremely varied and a keen eye for detail as well as excellent project management skills are a must. Youll be a born communicator and able to influence and effectively collaborate with all levels of staff - from the COO to your direct reports. The role is hands-on so practical experience with some of the tools we use would be advantageous: Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Audition, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Microsoft Office, Moovly, Wordpress.Benefits
