Support WorkerLancashire and South Ribble and South ManchesterFull Time Permanent RoleSupport worker and care worker, #WestLancashire, #EastLancashire, #SouthRibble, #SouthManchesterAre you a robust and practical person with strong values If so, read onThe Talent Crowd is very pleased to be working with a charity to recruit Support Workers needed to assist integration into the community for clients with learning disabilities and mental health needs.However, this is not your average support worker role!You will need all of the attributes of a care worker, such as the ability to remain calm under pressure and to manage situations with humour and compassion. But, you will not be providing personal or hygiene care; you will be helping clients to live their bestlife and encouraging them to participate in hobbies and interests.
