REED Business Support are proud to be recruiting for a Polish SpeakingOperations Coordinator on behalf of a multi-million-point installations business based in Leyland.Established for almost 25 years this incredibly successful business are continuing to grow and expand their team. We are now looking to recruit for an Operations Coordinator to join their warm and welcoming in house operations department.As Polish SpeakingOperations Coordinator your daily duties will include Acting as the key point of contact for projects all over the UK Ordering and ensuring materials and goods are delivered ahead of time to allow installations to commence Updating installers, colleagues and clients on the progress of projects Booking accommodation for the installation team Working to complete projects within deadlines and working proactively to avoid &/or resolve unexpected delays Processing purchase orders and invoicesThis position would be ideal for someone who is Fluent in Polish and English A confident multitasker who remains calm under pressure and is organised An excellent communicator with a positive attitude to problem solvingSalary, Hours & Benefits £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending upon experience) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Full time, permanent Beautiful modern office, fantastic location to commute straight off the motorway and close to Leyland and Chorley 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Excellent opportunities for progression Part of an organisation that give a lot back to charities and communities worldwideHow to Apply!To apply for this fantastic opportunity, please click on the link below and attach your most recent CV.Please note, due to the high volume of applications we receive only those successfully shortlisted will be contacted in person.Thank you and good luck!
