An innovative and customer centric Construction Company are seeking a Managing Director to take the helm of this growing business. This role requires someone to bring both operational and commercial expertise to the business and lead from the front in developing and expanding the customer base in a B2C environment. You will embrace and develop new ideas to enhance the customer experience and ultimately drive growth to meet the goals of business and wider group.Naturally this role will suit someone who is adept at setting and achieving company goals as part of a high-growth business strategy, with experience operating within the construction sector. You will be the face of the business and therefore will have demonstrable leadership skills, be forward thinking and able to overcome challenges. Reviewing business practises from an operational perspective and delivering tangible cost saving where appropriate. Ideal candidate experience:• Track record of increasing an organisations turnover and profitability ideally in the construction / refurb & fitout industry.• Previously held a commercial leadership role.• Full P&L responsibility. • Setting and achieving short, medium and long term goals as part of a high-growth business strategy. • Experience of creating / maintaining a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, engagement and collective success.• Demonstrable examples of embracing, championing and integrating technology into sales and/or commercial operations.• Delivered tangible cost-saving / revenue generating initiatives.• Demonstrable experience of a project & process management approach with an emphasis on high-quality delivery in a B2B and/or B2C environment. Salary and package will be commensurate with experience and includes high value EBITDA share incentive.
