Your Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial part in shaping these young lives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with classroom activities and lessons, making learning engaging and accessible. Providing one-on-one support and guidance to students. � Being a mentor, a friend, and a role model. A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and reach their potential. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships.
