The successful SEN TA (SEN Teaching Assistant) must be able to adapt their approach in regards to communicating, engaging & distraction techniques in order to optimise the learning and maximizing comfort. There will be occasions where you would be required to assist during their lunch time to supervise and support students.This Lewisham borough based Special Needs School help to support students between 11-19 of the ASD spectrum and other complex needs. They are dedicated in enforcing positive language/ communication with their students to boost progression. The school has a robust & organised team who offer a family environment.
