Level 3 Nursery NurseNurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner on behalf of a fantastic home from home nursery near in Lewisham, South East London. The successful candidate must believe in providing a safe and comfortable environment and be wellmotivated to provide the best way to nurture the children’s individuality and facilitate their development.Essentials- Minimum of Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or equivalent or above.- Be able to engage with children, staff and be creative.- Sound knowledge of childcare development from birth to five years.- Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding.- First Aid qualification.Key Responsibilities- Engage in topics and themed activities to coincide with the children’s specific requirements.- Work with children at their own level with support, advice and sensitive direction.- Encourage children’s self-esteem and work with them at their own pace.- Work within the six compulsory areas of learning within the nursery.- Be flexible working between the hours of 8am and 6pm.- The ability to work with children ages 6 months to 5 years.- Provide high standards of quality within the nursery including the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.- Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand, and when necessary follow safeguarding procedures.- Work as a team with other staff members.- Ensure the nursery always meets Ofsted requirements- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring education environment for children.Benefits will be discussed at the interview stage of the process.If this sounds like the type of vacancy you feel you have been looking for, then apply today!
