Job Description

Our client is looking for a Full Time Property Administrator to join its fast-paced and growing office.   • Processing rent and providing a statement of accounts
  • Contacting tenants with rent arrears
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
  • Ensuring tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring compliance with Mydeposits
  • Making sure all details are kept up to date with relevant notes on our software
  • Assisting with property management issues when they arise
  • Organising gas safety certificates, electrical certificates and EPCs.
  • Producing tenancy extensions and managing renewals and associated negotiations with all parties.
  • Drawing up contracts and advising on specific clauses
  • Organising reference checks and contracts
  • General Administrative tasks for the office
  • Property Administrator based in LewishamHours: Monday - Saturday (Working 5 Days a week) Saturdays is a must and day off during the weekSalary: £25,000 per annum basic salary (dependent on experience) plus CommissionsThe Ideal Candidate
  • Essential; Minimum 2 years’ Property lettings or management exposure
  • Preferred: Experience in Fixflo and PayProp
  • Knowledge and understanding of Property Management
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Able to work closely with the Director
