Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a differenceLewisham based complex care client-young male with tracheostomy( Swedishnose), requires ventilation, chest physio and nebulisers. He is also fed by Bolus feed( peg) as well as medication via peg. He is on oxygen when unwell and is weaning off his vent.Herequires full personal care and will be attending school soon so we will need Healthcare staff to attend school with him and support his educational and as well as personal and clinicalneeds in that setting daily.We are seeking additional team members to meet his increased care package who have the above skills and have a history ofworking with paediatric clients in their own homes.In return for your passion and experience we can offer you:
