If you are looking for a company offering genuine career prospects as well as great earning potential, wed love to hear from you!What will you be doing as a Telesales ExecutiveInitially focused on cold calling to develop your client base with some existing /lapsed customers, you will be developing your clients across a variety of large, blue chip clients to develop the role into an account management position with your own clientbase. Duties will include:* Proactively calling a variety of large businesses including many blue-chip companies* Promoting and selling the companys range of products and services * Developing strong relationships with a mixture of existing and new customers to expand business opportunities * Maintaining and developing existing customers to be their "go-to" person in the industry * Using an existing database as well as sourcing leads to win new business * Updating company records * Researching to develop business opportunities* Using a range of lead generation techniques to identify potential business opportunities * Developing product knowledge via inhouse and manufacturer training sessionsWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:* Previous experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive* Youre a people person and love building strong working relationships * Youre self-motivated, tenacious and target driven * You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills * Comfortable using Word, Excel and outlookWhats in it for me as a Telesales Executive* A basic salary of up to £25,000 * Uncapped and realistic commission with top billers earning between £70,000-£115,000* 25 days holidays + bank holidays * Pension scheme* Free parking* Brand new offices * Healthcare* Death in service scheme x 6 of annual salary * Excellent career progression prospectsTo ApplyIf this sounds like a Telesales role you will LOVE, please send your CV todayWe aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
