Job Description

Adecco Warrington are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join a small but close-knit team on a permanent basis, working for a leading provider of telecom solutions in Leigh. This role is the perfect step up for somebody withprevious experience within telecoms and strong technical sales skills.This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)Hybrid/Remote Flexibility available for the successful candidate!Salary: Negotiable dependent on candidate experience: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum - OTE: £35,000 pa.Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Telesales Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to improve sales performance
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics to senior management
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in telecom sales or technical sales
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services
In return you will receive:
  • Uncapped generous commission of 30% for 6 months then 25% thereafter
  • Over target bonuses
